2'3'-cGAMP检测试剂盒是cayman公司的一种竞争性检测试剂盒，可用于细胞裂解液、血浆、血清和
组织样本中2'3'-cGAMP的定量。

环GMP-AMP合成酶(cGAS)是一种细胞质DNA传感器，用于检测哺乳动物细胞细胞质中核酸的存在，
作为细菌或病毒感染的指标。cGAS催化合成第二个信使2'3'-cGAMP，从细胞质ATP和GTP响应dsDNA
结合。然后，2'3'-cGAMP与干扰素基因的适配器蛋白刺激因子(STING)紧密结合，导致TBK1的募集和
随后的IRF3磷酸化。IRF3诱导I型干扰素的转录和翻译。cGAS的激活和2'3'-cGAMP的产生在宿主防御
中起重要作用，但也可能在自身免疫性或炎症性疾病中发挥作用。调节cGAS活性，随后抑制或诱导2'3'
-cGAMP的形成，是药理学干预的一个活性靶点。

该试剂盒的检测范围为6.1pg/ml-100ng/ml (9pM-148.3nM)，中点(50%B/B)约900pg/ml
(1335pM)，灵敏度(80% B/B)约为85pg/ml (126pM)。
